Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. A rescheduling fee may apply for changes made within 24 hours of the appointment. 3. No-Show Policy: Deposit will be forfeited for customers who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice. 4. Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. 5. Refund Policy: Deposit treatment and program purchased are none refundable or exchangeable. 6. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy.
